How it worksThe teamExamplesPricingFAQ
The team

Fourteen agents. One job each.

Nora leads and brings you the decisions. Here is what each agent does, what it will ask you, and what it never does on its own.

Lead

Nora

Plans the work, hands it to the right agent and brings you the decisions.

What it does

Reads your brief, starts the others in order, and once a week looks at the store and suggests what the team should do next, and who should do it.

What it will ask you

What matters most to you this month.

Never does on its own

Starts paid work beyond the budget you set.

Products

Theo

Writes your products, prices and variants, and keeps them straight.

What it does

Turns your description into products with options (colour, size, grind), a price for every variant, and collections. Imports them into the store's backend. For a restaurant, it puts the menu online instead: categories, sizes, extras and dish photos.

What it will ask you

Stock counts, care instructions, anything it can't know about the product.

Never does on its own

Invents a price or a material you didn't give it.

Inspiration

Mila

Finds a real website, designed for a business like yours, for your store to be built on.

What it does

Searches the web and design galleries for independently designed sites of businesses like yours, opens the best few in a browser, and picks one. The team copies its layout and style, then rebuilds every word, photo and colour as your own, so the store looks designed, not generated.

What it will ask you

Nothing, unless you want a say: tell it in the box at the top what you like, or paste the address of a site you love.

Never does on its own

Picks a business near you or selling to your customers, works around a site that keeps automated visitors out, or lets their words, photos or name reach your store.

Branding

Vera

Your brand kit, and the site made yours.

What it does

Makes your palette, type, logo, photography, packaging and mockups, then goes through the site the team built on, page by page, and replaces every word, picture, colour, font and name of the original with yours until nothing of it is left.

What it will ask you

Facts only you know that a section needs (a private room you have, an opening year), and your own photos if you have them.

Never does on its own

Invents a price, an address or opening hours, keeps the original's fonts, or passes a generated picture off as a photo of your product.

Sourcing

Sam

Finds products at suppliers and designs your own merch, with the cost, margin and delivery time of each.

What it does

Searches a supplier's catalogue for what you want to sell, works out the landed cost and margin at a sensible price, and checks how fast each product reaches your customers. Paid orders go to the supplier, and tracking comes back to the customer. For merch with your name, it makes the designs and shows them on tees, mugs and totes; orders go to the print partner with the print file.

What it will ask you

Which products to sell from its shortlist, and the lowest margin you'll accept.

Never does on its own

Adds a product you didn't pick, or sells one below your margin floor.

Pages

Felix

Lays out every page of the store from what you told it.

What it does

Home, shop, collections, product pages, about and FAQ, plus the announcement bar. If you gave it a site whose look you like, it follows that site's layout with your content.

What it will ask you

Your story for the About page, your returns terms.

Never does on its own

Writes a founder story or a review it doesn't have.

Design

Iris

A look of its own for your site, and motion with intent.

What it does

Looks at your site at desktop and phone width, fixes anything the new words broke, then gives it its own look: one button shape, type set with care, sections in your colours, pictures in one style, and motion where it helps, like headings that rise as you scroll. Every text and colour pair is checked for readability.

What it will ask you

A logo or photos you already have.

Never does on its own

Uses another site's pictures. The launch check would stop it anyway.

Review

Ada

Checks every page before you see it.

What it does

Opens each page at desktop, laptop, tablet and phone width and looks at it the way a designer would: words covered by a picture or a sticker, buttons that wrap, text cut off, uneven spacing, a phone layout that doesn't stack, anything that looks generated or out of place. What it finds goes back to Iris, and the pages come back to Ada until they pass.

What it will ask you

Nothing. You see the site once it has passed.

Never does on its own

Changes the site itself, or passes a page it hasn't looked at.

Search

Rosa

Titles, descriptions, sitemap and the data search engines read.

What it does

Finds the searches your customers make, how often and how hard they are to rank for, and writes page titles and headings for the ones a small shop can win.

What it will ask you

Nothing usually. It works from what's already in the store.

Never does on its own

Stuffs keywords or adds claims that aren't true.

Email and offers

Leo

The welcome email, the abandoned-bag reminder and the newsletter.

What it does

Writes the emails in your store's voice and switches them on once the store is running. Ad campaigns stay inside the daily budget you set.

What it will ask you

Your legal business name and postal address, which the law requires on marketing email.

Never does on its own

Emails anyone who didn't sign up.

Social

Maya

Posts for your channels, scheduled once you approve them.

What it does

Drafts posts from what's happening in the store (a new product, a restock, a season) for the channels you connect.

What it will ask you

Which channels to post on.

Never does on its own

Posts without your approval.

Numbers

Omar

A short weekly note on what sold and what to try next.

What it does

Orders, revenue, average order, top product, bags that completed and email sign-ups, compared with the week before, with two or three plain suggestions.

What it will ask you

Nothing. It reads the store's numbers.

Never does on its own

Guesses at numbers it doesn't have; it says what it can't see yet.

Customers

June

Answers customers about orders, shipping and returns, any hour.

What it does

Sits behind the help chat in your store. It can look up an order by number and email and answers from your own policies.

What it will ask you

Questions it can't answer from your policies come to you.

Never does on its own

Promises a refund or a date your policies don't.

Put the team to work. Tell it what you sell.
