Questions about pricing
- What does building a store cost?
- Nothing. Describe what you sell and the team builds your brand, pages and products with 500 free credits, enough for a first build. You choose a plan when you want the store to go live.
- What are agent credits?
- The team's work, counted in cents of what it costs us: a store's first build is about 150 to 350 credits, a weekly report a few. Your plan's credits renew each month, and the dashboard shows what each agent did and what it used.
- What if I run out?
- Buy a pack of 500 credits for $10 from the dashboard. Packs don't expire, and they're used only after the month's credits.
- What's the fee on sales?
- A small share of each order for ServeStack, through Stripe: 1% on Starter, 0.5% on Growth and none on Pro. Stripe's own card fee is separate, and payouts, refunds and disputes are yours.
- Can I change plans?
- Any time, from the dashboard. Stripe prorates the change, and cancelling keeps the store running until the end of the period you paid for.
- Restaurants?
- Restaurants order through ServeStack's ordering, with no fee on orders. Tell us about yours and we'll set the plan up with you.
